When will my subscription be renewed?

Renewals for subscriptions are on the 25th of the month.

If you are signed up for a monthly subscription, the renewal date will be the 25th of each month whereas if you are signed up for the quarterly plan it will be every third month on the 25th.

When will my box be shipped?

Boxes will  go out around the 15th of each month. We say 'around' because if the 15th happens to fall towards the end of the week we will send them either a few days prior or the following Monday to ensure your plant arrives in the best possible condition.  We want your plant to spend the least amount of time in transit to avoid an unsatisfactory arrival.

NOTE: We will not be held responsible for items that do not reach the recipient due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.

What is the cut off date for subscriptions?

The cut off is 10 days prior to the shipment date for subscriptions. So if you order on the 14th it will go out with following month's shipments but if you order on the 3rd it will go out with the current months shipments.

NOTE: If you miss the cut off date for a certain event, birthday, whatever ..... Please reach out to us at gifts . Occasionally, we can make exceptions if possible. Otherwise, we will be happy to send a personalized E Card notifying your recipient of their gift and when they should be expecting it.

Can I change/modify my subscription?

Absatootly! Upon signing up for a subscription, a customer portal is created,

From this portal you can modify, cancel, change the recipient, skip a shipment in the event you will be away during that month's shipment. The customer portal allows for you to have full control of your subscription plan.

What if I move or want to change recipients?

Again, back to the customer portal. The customer portal allows you, the customer, the have full control of their plan. Allowing you to update shipping addresses whenever.

What does it mean when an item is on back-order?

This means that the item is temporarily out of stock, but that there are shipments on their way to our inventory. Once we receive the new shipment your package will be on its way with the upcoming month's shipments.

NOTE: Your subscription plan will not renew until after you receive your desert box on the following 25th depending on your subscription plan.

The U.S. and Canada

However, please note that free shipping only applies within the states.

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $25 for shipments to Canada.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.  We don’t accept refunds or exchanges, but please get in touch if you have any problems with your order.
